We meet every other Tuesday at 10:00 AM (gathering at 9:30) beginning the first Tuesday after Labor Day, September through June at the First United Methodist Church, 352 South Main Street, Crown Point, IN. Our meetings consist of a Business Agenda, Committee Reports, Block of the Month Drawing, Attendance Drawing, Show & Tell and lots of quilting news and fellowship.
Our programs consist of Regional & Nationally known speakers, Local Quilt Shops and our Guild members often provide various programs as well.
Other programs consist of Ugly Fabric Challenge, Paint Can Challenge, Round Robin, UFO Challenge, Christmas Challenge, Paint Can Challenge, Fall or Halloween Challenge, Kids Quilt workshops, various Quilting Method/Technique Workshops.
In December we have a terrific Christmas Party.
In June before we start our summer break we have another great party.

Our newsletter is published on a bi-monthly basis. We have informal gatherings during the summer months (end of June through the end of August) devoted to quilting, fellowship, promoting our charity work, preparing for the next year and on odd years preparing for our Quilt Show.
Our dues are $20.00 annually.

Quilt Classes:
The lectures and workshops that are offered are given by our own members or by quilting professionals. The lectures / workshops are held during regular meetings dates or at various scheduled times. A $5.00 fee applies to all non-members attending any lecture. Workshop fees are announced as soon as the information is available.

Some of our regular events are:
A raffle quilt, made by our members. This is one of our annual fund-raisers.
Host the "Indiana Rose" quilt show (in the odd years), which is well attended.
Regular workshops to promote new technique's and ideas.
Christmas Party

Community Involvement:
Donations to the Lake County Court House Foundation for ongoing restoration of the Historic Lake County Court House.
Donations to the Crown Point Community Foundation which works with donors to create endowment funds that distribute annual grants for
community needs.
Sponsor a quilt competition with two awards at the
Lake County Fair each year.
Kids Quilts: Quilts donated to seriously ill or compromised children
locally and nationally.
Support a local TV station that airs quilting programs.
Sponsor quilting demonstrations at area festivals or schools.
Support the Marie Webster House in Marion, Indiana
Support "Quilts of Valor" for our wounded souldiers.
